AI-Powered Loan Automation with GHL & n8n in Facebook Messenger

This automation is an end-to-end loan lead management system built with GoHighLevel (GHL) and n8n private integrations, designed to automate lead qualification and pipeline management.

An AI-powered Facebook Messenger agent handles loan inquiries, answers questions, and collects key applicant details in real time. Lead data is sent to n8n and synced with GHL, where contacts are automatically tagged, opportunities are created, and pipeline stages are updated based on the client’s loan details and qualification status.

The system also sends Telegram notifications to admins for manual review of client documents and requirements. After review, the automation prompts the client to confirm whether they’re ready to proceed to the next steps or loan stage, ensuring smooth handoffs between automation and human decision-making.

Technical Website's Automations For New Members

The Technical Ministry of Word of Hope Church also features integrated automation workflows designed to streamline communication, data management, and follow-up processes for the team. These workflows ensure that every interaction—whether through a contact form, meeting booking, or survey submission—is automatically processed and properly routed to the right people.

Key Automation Processes:

  • Contact Form Submission: When a new contact submits a form, the system automatically sends a confirmation email with a calendar booking form to the contact and an internal notification email to the assigned users containing the contact’s details. All submitted information is also logged into Google Sheets for easy tracking and record-keeping.

  • Meeting Bookings: If a contact books a meeting through the calendar form, both the contact and the assigned user receive an automated confirmation email. A reminder email is then sent to both parties one day before the scheduled meeting to ensure preparedness and attendance.

  • Survey Responses: When a user completes a survey form, the system sends an automated email to both the contact and the assigned user containing the survey responses. An if/else action logic is used to analyze the user’s choices and determine the next automated step or category based on their input.

VEM Technologies' Automation Workflows For AI and Forms

The VEM Technologies website is also equipped with intelligent automation workflows designed to enhance lead management and customer communication. These workflows ensure seamless coordination between form submissions, appointments, and follow-ups, minimizing manual work while improving client engagement.

Key Automation Processes:

  • Contact Form Submission: When a contact submits a form, their information is automatically added to the Opportunities pipeline in the New Lead stage in GHL, recorded in Google Sheets with their concern, and triggers an automated thank-you email confirming receipt and assuring a prompt response.

  • Appointment Booking: If a contact books through the booking calendar form, they are added or moved to the Appointment Booked stage in the pipeline. The system sends a confirmation email to the contact and an appointment notification to the assigned user with full details (name, phone, email, appointment date, and booking date). A reminder email is also sent to both parties one day before the appointment.

  • Lead Nurturing: Contacts who have not booked or responded are automatically added to a nurture workflow, receiving promotional emails every 7 days to maintain engagement and encourage future contact.

  • AI Chatbot Workflow: A custom-built AI chatbot, powered by n8n and hosted on Render (15 seconds delay for free hosting), serves as a virtual front desk — answering questions about services, guiding visitors, and assisting with business information in real time.

The VEM Technologies website is a modern and responsive platform I built to showcase automotive, mechanical, and electrical repair services. It highlights the company’s expertise in vehicle maintenance, precision repairs, and machine equipment servicing.

The site features a clean layout with clear navigation, detailed service sections, and a call-to-action for booking appointments. One of the standout features is the AI-powered chatbot, which acts as a virtual front desk — assisting visitors, answering questions, and guiding them to the right information or service.

This website is designed for the Technical Ministry of Word of Hope Church, offering a detailed look into the behind-the-scenes work that ensures a seamless worship experience. It highlights the critical role of the technical team in managing audio, video, lighting, and on-screen visuals during services. The site not only explains the responsibilities of the technical team but also provides helpful resources, including setup guides for sound systems and audio-visual equipment.
